I'm Weston, a recent graduate in Ballarat. I've applied for 25 jobs in customer service and finally got an interview in 3 weeks. I don't know anyone who works in this field, and my confidence has taken a knock. What would help: an hour on a video call where you ask me the questions you would ask, tell me honestly where I went wrong, and look at my CV.
