I'm Murugan. Ramesh has just arrived in the country, and speaks Russian but little English. We have a follow-up after surgery on Wednesday in Coimbatore and the hospital's interpreter service has a long wait.
Someone who could come for about an hour, translate what the doctor says and what Ramesh wants to ask, would make this so much less frightening. We can pay for your transport and a coffee.
