I'm Julia. Gabriel is an elderly neighbor of mine, and speaks Arabic but little English. We have a scan on Wednesday in Leeds and the hospital's interpreter service has a long wait.
Someone who could come for about an hour, translate what the doctor says and what Gabriel wants to ask, would make this so much less frightening. We can pay for your transport and a coffee.
