I'm Vivian. Isaiah has just arrived in the country, and speaks Punjabi but little English. We have a first appointment at the clinic on Sunday in London and the hospital's interpreter service has a long wait.
Someone who could come for about an hour, translate what the doctor says and what Isaiah wants to ask, would make this so much less frightening. We can pay for your transport and a coffee.
