Interpreter needed on Sunday: Carolina's appointment (Kingston)
Carolina speaks Tagalog and very little English. A volunteer to come to one appointment on Sunday would help us all understand each other.

I'm Andrea. Carolina is my neighbor, and speaks Tagalog but little English. We have a scan on Sunday in Kingston and the hospital's interpreter service has a long wait.
Someone who could come for about an hour, translate what the doctor says and what Carolina wants to ask, would make this so much less frightening. We can pay for your transport and a coffee.
If you speak Tagalog and are comfortable with medical vocabulary, please offer here. We'll tell you the time and place when you accept.
Thank you for reading and for any time you can spare.
