I'm Derek. Pamela is a new member of our church group, and speaks Russian but little English. We have a specialist appointment on Monday in London and the hospital's interpreter service has a long wait.
Someone who could come for about an hour, translate what the doctor says and what Pamela wants to ask, would make this so much less frightening. We can pay for your transport and a coffee.
