I'm Paisley. Alexander is an elderly neighbor of mine, and speaks Arabic but little English. We have a specialist appointment on Monday in Winston-Salem and the hospital's interpreter service has a long wait.
Someone who could come for about an hour, translate what the doctor says and what Alexander wants to ask, would make this so much less frightening. We can pay for your transport and a coffee.
