Regina speaks Tigrinya and very little English. A volunteer to come to one appointment on Friday would help us all understand each other.

I'm Rafael. Regina is an elderly neighbor of mine, and speaks Tigrinya but little English. We have a pre-op meeting on Friday in Surrey and the hospital's interpreter service has a long wait.
Someone who could come for about an hour, translate what the doctor says and what Regina wants to ask, would make this so much less frightening. We can pay for your transport and a coffee.
