Kalliopi lives with a rare neuromuscular condition. The occupational therapist at Athens General Hospital has assessed her and recommended a communication tablet with eye tracking. The public scheme doesn't cover it, and the quote from the supplier is $1,900. Her current equipment is 12 years old and keeps breaking, which has confined her to home for 4 weeks. With the right equipment Kalliopi could get to the shops and visit friends. It would change everyday life for the whole family. We've applied to two charities already and received small contributions; this campaign covers the rest. Funds go toward the equipment, delivery, fitting and a year of servicing. Where the $1,900 goes: • Fitting and training sessions: $75 • First-year servicing plan: $165 • communication tablet with eye tracking: $1,660 Every share and every dollar helps.
