HVAC technician needed urgently: Rohit's home isn't safe
Rohit has a failed boiler with no heating, and can't afford a licensed HVAC technician to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In April an inspector told me that my home has a failed boiler with no heating. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $165 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $30.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

rooting for you, Rohit. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Wish I lived closer to Mukono so I could bring a meal. Blessings.
rooting for you, Rohit. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better.
Sending strength. Shared this with my family. Please keep us posted
Take care, Rohit. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. I went through something like this 14 years ago and strangers helped me out. Take care.
