HVAC technician needed urgently: Josefina's home isn't safe
Josefina has a failed boiler with no heating, and can't afford a licensed HVAC technician to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In October an inspector told me that my home has a failed boiler with no heating. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $300 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $45.
The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Thinking of you. Hope you get there. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Love from Rawalpindi.
