HVAC technician needed urgently: Iman's home isn't safe
Looking for a licensed HVAC technician in Heliopolis to donate time or work at cost.

In January an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my two small children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $390 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $15.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Rooting for you, Iman. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Thinking of Heliopolis.
praying for you. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Thinking of Heliopolis.
