HVAC technician needed urgently: Hussein's home isn't safe
A HVAC technician is needed to repair faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning at the home of a family of 3.

In August an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $640 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $50.
The job should take about three hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

You're not alone. Looking forward to the next update. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Love from New Orleans
Sending strength, Hussein. Shared this with my family. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
Thinking of you and your family, Hussein. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Put this on a community board in Rabat this morning. Take care
keep going, Hussein. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care.
