HVAC technician needed urgently: Elsa's home isn't safe
Elsa has a leaking gas line, and can't afford a licensed HVAC technician to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In August an inspector told me that my home has a leaking gas line. It's a safety risk for me and my three children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,200 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $150.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Thinking of you, Elsa. Hope you get there. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
Hope things get better soon, Elsa. Shared this with my family. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Manila
