HVAC technician needed urgently: Andrea's home isn't safe
A HVAC technician is needed to repair dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms at the home of a family of 3.

In September an inspector told me that my home has dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms. It's a safety risk for me and my three children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $550 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $155.
The job should take about four hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Keep going. Shared it with a few friends. Thinking of Móstoles.
I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day
Stay strong, Andrea. This could happen to any of us. Don't be hard on yourself for asking
