Humaira's path to healing - trauma-focused CBT in Rawalpindi
A course of trauma-focused CBT for Humaira could change everything; the cost is $250.

After military deployment, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at Rawalpindi Wellbeing Centre cost $10 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
Funds cover only therapy sessions, and I'll share progress updates (not private details) if I'm comfortable.
Where the $250 goes:
• 12 therapy sessions: $195
• Psychiatric assessment: $45
• Workbook and resources: $10
Thanks for being kind about this.

Take care. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. God bless.

Hang in there, Humaira. Gave what I could, wish it was more. It's not much but it's yours. Thinking of Rawalpindi.
Wishing you the best, Humaira. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest.
