I'm launching a cleaning company in Istanbul next August. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out. I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a cleaning company, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers. If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it. I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
