Hosting wanted: Rafael travelling with Rubén to Shreveport for treatment
Looking for a host or low-cost room within 30 minutes of the Shreveport Cancer Centre.

My father Rubén has been accepted for treatment at the Shreveport Cancer Centre in Shreveport, starting on Friday in October. We live 589 km away in a rural district, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself.
We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 6 weeks. Two of us would stay: Rubén and me. We can contribute $85 a week and cook for the household if you'd like.
Rubén will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you.
