Hosting wanted: Hélène travelling with Colette to Toronto for treatment
A family from a village four hours away needs lodging in Toronto while a child is treated.

My sister Colette has been accepted for treatment at Toronto Transplant Centre in Toronto, starting on Thursday in February. We live 251 km away in a village four hours away, and hotel costs would use up what we have set aside for the treatment itself.
We're looking for a room, granny flat or short-term rental within about 30 minutes of the hospital, for 3 weeks. Two of us would stay: Colette and me. We can contribute $140 a week and cook for the household if you'd like.
Colette will have some immune precautions, so a clean, smoke-free place would be ideal. A kitchen is a bonus. Thank you.
Glad we found this place.

stay strong. Look after yourselves too, caregivers need rest. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. All the best.
Praying for you. Hope the doctors have good news. My neighbor in Joliet donated after I showed her your page. Love from Joliet.
Thinking of you. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Greetings from Pune.
Hope things get better soon. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick. I went through something like this 3 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Toronto.
Hope it all works out, Hélène. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
Thanks for sharing this, Hélène. Get well soon. Blessings.
Keep going, Hélène. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My husband and I read this together. Greetings from Gaya
Thinking of you and your family, Hélène. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I hope February is when things finally get easier.
Stay strong. Shared it with a few friends. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Haarlem.
Wishing Colette a smooth procedure and a full recovery. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend.
Wishing you peace. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I have a 13 year old who wants to send good wishes too. Take care.
