Julian cannot afford the care He needs after a stroke last August; we are asking for $3,150.

I'm caring for my father, who's 83. After a stroke last August Julian can no longer manage alone. A nursing home would cost far more than we have, and Julian desperately wants to stay at home.
I work 25 hours a week and have cut back to look after him, but we need a part-time carer.
Julian worked all of his life as a nurse, and raised 5 children. Now we're trying to give some of that care back.
Medication, a hospital bed and a carer for six months will make a huge difference.
The carer will be employed through a registered agency and paid directly. I'll share the agency invoices.
Where the $3,150 goes:
• Part-time carer (six months): $2,150
• Medication and prescriptions: $380
• Hospital bed and mattress rental: $340
• Mobility aids and bathroom adaptations: $280
