Hoàng's valve repair surgery can't wait - please help us cover the bill

Hoàng was diagnosed with a cleft palate needing repair in July. The surgeon at Hanoi Orthopedic Institute recommended valve repair surgery, and He is scheduled for October. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $790, and after what our health plan will pay we're still $550 short.
my father has been in and out of Hanoi Orthopedic Institute since July. The doctors say a cleft palate needing repair will get worse without valve repair surgery. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $790 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Hoàng struggles with daily life and can't stand for more than ten minutes. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 4 weeks. During that time Hoàng won't be able to stand for more than ten minutes, so the costs keep growing.
