Hiring: kitchen assistant at my cafe in Birmingham, no experience needed

I'm Miles, and I run a small cafe in Birmingham. Business is steady and I need to take on a kitchen assistant. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it. The work is prepping food, washing up and helping at the counter. Hours are Wednesday to Saturday, and I pay the local minimum wage plus tips. You will be trained by me for the first 3 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
