Hiring: barista at my cafe in Bucaramanga, no experience needed
Looking for someone reliable to start as a barista. Experience matters less than turning up and caring.
🇨🇴 Bucaramanga, Santander, Colombia970 views
I'm Adrián, and I run a small cafe in Bucaramanga. Business is steady and I need to take on a barista. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it.
The work is making coffee, serving customers and keeping the counter clean. Hours are about 25 hours a week, and I pay a weekly wage agreed in writing. You will be trained by me for the first 4 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
You need to be reliable, polite with customers and happy to learn. I'll never ask for a fee, a deposit or your bank details before you start. You can come and see the place before deciding.
Please pass this on to anyone looking for work.
