Hiring: assistant baker at my bakery in San Diego, no experience needed

I'm Travis, and I run a small bakery in San Diego. Business is steady and I need to take on an assistant baker. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it. The work is early starts, mixing, shaping and serving. Hours are about 30 hours a week, and I pay a fair hourly wage, with a pay rise after the first 3 months. You will be trained by me for the first 3 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well. You need to be reliable, polite with customers and happy to learn. I'll never ask for a fee, a deposit or your bank details before you start. You can come and see the place before deciding.
