Hiring: assistant baker at my bakery in Petrópolis, no experience needed

I'm Viviane, and I run a small bakery in Petrópolis. Business is steady and I need to take on an assistant baker. Hours are mornings, and I pay a fair hourly wage, with a pay rise after the first 2 months. You will be trained by me for the first 2 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
