Hiring: assistant baker at my bakery in Ottawa, no experience needed

I'm Charlotte, and I run a small bakery in Ottawa. Business is steady and I need to take on an assistant baker. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it. The work is early starts, mixing, shaping and serving. Hours are about 24 hours a week, and I pay a weekly wage agreed in writing. You will be trained by me for the first 4 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
