Hiring: assistant baker at my bakery in Buenos Aires, no experience needed

I'm Sergio, and I run a small bakery in Buenos Aires. Business is steady and I need to take on an assistant baker. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it. The work is early starts, mixing, shaping and serving. Hours are about 29 hours a week, and I pay the local minimum wage plus tips. You will be trained by me for the first 3 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
