Hiring: apprentice mechanic at my garage in Takoradi, no experience needed
A small business, a real job and a chance to learn a trade. Pay is fair and written down before you start.

I'm Kelvin, and I run a small garage in Takoradi. Business is steady and I need to take on an apprentice mechanic. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it.
The work is learning the basics of servicing cars alongside me. Hours are Wednesday to Saturday, and I pay a weekly wage agreed in writing. You will be trained by me for the first 2 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
You need to be reliable, polite with customers and happy to learn. I'll never ask for a fee, a deposit or your bank details before you start. You can come and see the place before deciding.

Happy to look over a CV and ask a few mock questions. I have interviewed people for about 13 years. Just let me know.
