Hiring: apprentice electrician at my repair shop in Regensburg, no experience needed
Looking for someone reliable to start as an apprentice electrician. Experience matters less than turning up and caring.

I'm Birgit, and I run a small repair shop in Regensburg. Business is steady and I need to take on an apprentice electrician. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it.
The work is assisting on repair jobs and learning the trade. Hours are about 26 hours a week, and I pay a weekly wage agreed in writing. You will be trained by me for the first 4 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
You need to be reliable, polite with customers and happy to learn. I'll never ask for a fee, a deposit or your bank details before you start. You can come and see the place before deciding.
Thank you for reading. Please share it with anyone who might need it.
