Hiba needs a guide into accounting - monthly calls
Hiba, a farmer, is retraining for accounting and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over three months.

I have worked as a farmer for 11 years, and I'm 40. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into accounting, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Nova Scotia, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Best of luck. Your post was clear and honest. I went through something like this 7 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of Halifax.
Take care, Hiba. Shared it with a few friends
I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. I'm in social work myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Take care
Hope you get there. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Greetings from Rio de Janeiro.
Sending love, Hiba. Shared this with my family. God bless
