Het's a craniotomy can't wait - please help us cover the bill
After an aortic valve defect, Het was cleared for a craniotomy, but the bill is more than we can manage.

Het was diagnosed with an aortic valve defect in June. The surgeon at Surat University Hospital recommended a craniotomy, and He is scheduled for September. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,700, and after what my employer's plan will pay we're still $850 short.
my father has been in and out of Surat University Hospital since June. The doctors say an aortic valve defect will get worse without a craniotomy. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,700 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Het struggles with daily life and can't drive. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
Recovery is expected to take about 4 weeks. During that time Het won't be able to drive, so the costs keep growing.
