Help Zaid lay Dina to rest with dignity in Heliopolis
Dina passed away on 19 August; we're raising $350 for a respectful funeral in Heliopolis.

Dina, my wife, passed away on 19 August after a road accident. She was 55 years old. She was the heart of our family and had no savings or life insurance.
The funeral home has given us a quote of $350 and the cemetery needs payment before the burial date of 2 September.
I have already used what I had for the hospital bills. My family is scattered, and many of us are out of work. We want Dina to have a dignified farewell.
Any help at all means a lot, and so do your prayers.
Anything left over after the funeral will be donated to the Heliopolis hospice.
Where the $350 goes:
• Memorial gathering for the family: $50
• Cemetery plot and burial fees: $230
• Transport of the deceased: $70

Sending love. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I have a 9 year old who wants to send good wishes too.
Thanks for sharing this. This could happen to any of us. I hope October is when things finally get easier!
Keep going, Zaid. Hope you get there. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
Take care. Your post was clear and honest. My neighbor in Nairobi donated after I showed her your page.
so sorry you're going through this, Zaid. Shared this with my family. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Thinking of Heliopolis.
Take care. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. God bless
Wishing you peace. Hope you get there. It's not much but it's yours. God bless
hope things get better soon. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Greetings from Mapo.
Hope this works out for you. We're a small family in Los Angeles but we're thinking of you. All the best.
You're not alone, Zaid. This could happen to any of us. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money!
Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I hope October is when things finally get easier. Love from Ribeirão Preto.
