Help Yusuf finish a nursing degree at Istanbul State College - $1,850 to go

Yusuf is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a nursing degree at Istanbul State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,850. The registrar has said Yusuf can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Yusuf has a 3.8 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Yusuf would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Yusuf isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Istanbul State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $1,850 goes: • Textbooks and materials: $100 • Final term tuition: $830 • Outstanding tuition balance: $920 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen. - Gamze
