Help with the school run after my surgery (Los Angeles)

School runs are the one thing I can't cover while I recover. Even one afternoon a week would help.

I'm Dylan, a parent in Los Angeles. I'm recovering from hernia surgery and have been told not to drive or carry anything heavy for about 4 weeks. My children are eight and eleven, and the school is 5 miles away. I'm looking for parents or neighbors who could take one or two pick-ups a week, or walk with them. I can do the cooking and homework in return once I'm back on my feet, and I'm glad to share fuel costs. The school knows and is flexible about who collects the children as long as I give your name in advance. Thank you for reading, and for even thinking about it.
