Vishal was diagnosed with a thyroid nodule that needs removal in July. The surgeon at Saket Community Hospital recommended emergency hernia repair, and He is scheduled for November. The hospital's financial office gave us a written estimate of $1,800, and after what the government subsidy will pay we're still $900 short.
my father has been in and out of Saket Community Hospital since July. The doctors say a thyroid nodule that needs removal will get worse without emergency hernia repair. We have emptied our savings and borrowed from relatives, but the estimate of $1,800 is more than we can find.
While we wait, Vishal struggles with daily life and can't climb stairs. His family has taken turns caring for him, and I've cut my own work hours to be there.
