Help Verónica patch the roof before winter
Verónica, a home-care aide, needs a few skilled and unskilled helpers for a 2-weekend roof repair in La Plata.

I'm a home-care aide living in La Plata. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 2 places, and the kitchen is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $1,050, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the shingles and underlay. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for three or four volunteers who can help over one long weekend.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is work boots and a hat. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Good luck. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Blessings.
