Valentina is facing stage 3 ovarian cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Valentina was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer in August. The oncology team at Zapopan Regional Medical Center has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Valentina is 47, worked as a taxi driver until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Zapopan Regional Medical Center 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $220

Sure. The biggest one is household costs while unable to work, $600. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one.
Sending strength. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Thinking of Zapopan.
