Help Titilayo patch the roof before the rainy season
The roof at Titilayo's home is failing; materials are donated and we need hands.

I'm a disabled veteran living in Ogbomosho. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 2 places, and the kids' bedroom is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $560, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the roofing sheets and nails. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for 4-6 people who can help over two Saturdays.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is sturdy shoes, gloves and a willingness to work. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

You're not alone, Titilayo. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did
Sending good thoughts, Titilayo. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Love from Uppsala.
Thanks for sharing this, Titilayo. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. Thinking of Ogbomosho
You're not alone, Titilayo. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
Thinking of you and your family, Titilayo. Gave what I could, wish it was more. God bless
