Help Theo with a HVAC technician's skills: dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms
A HVAC technician is needed to repair dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms at the home of a family of 5.

In August an inspector told me that my home has dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms. It's a safety risk for me and my two small children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,800 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $200.
The job should take about six hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

So sorry you're going through this. Shared it with a few friends. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Love from Karlsruhe.
Hang in there, Theo. Looking forward to the next update. Thinking of Munich.
so sorry you're going through this, Theo. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My neighbor had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
