Help Thandi with an overdue water bill before the rainy season
Thandi is behind on water bills after an unexpected car repair and needs $150 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 2 months behind. Thandi received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless $150 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair.
Thandi called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $35 first, which isn't available.
The household includes two young children, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
Thandi is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.

Sure. The biggest one is gas arrears, $85. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. I'll keep the page updated.
