Help Tameka finish a nursing degree at Spanish Town State College - $1,050 to go

Tameka is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a nursing degree at Spanish Town State College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,050. The registrar has said Tameka can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Tameka has a 3.6 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Tameka would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Tameka isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Spanish Town State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $1,050 goes: • Outstanding tuition balance: $570 • Final term tuition: $300 • Exam and lab fees: $85 • Textbooks and materials: $95 I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen. - Anthony
