Silvia is two terms away from finishing a nursing degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $3,400.

Silvia is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a nursing degree at San Francisco University, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,400.
The registrar has said Silvia can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Silvia has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Silvia would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Silvia isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the San Francisco University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
