The roof at Shoaib's home is failing; materials are donated and we need hands.

I'm a disabled veteran living in Faisalabad. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 3 places, and the living room is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $230, which isn't something I can pay. The good news: a local hardware store has donated the shingles and underlay. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for 4-6 people who can help over one long weekend. Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is work boots and a hat. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks. The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

  • Rooting for you. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. God bless.
