Help Saraswathi patch the roof before the next storm
Saraswathi, a widowed grandmother, needs a few skilled and unskilled helpers for a 2-weekend roof repair in Ahmedabad.

I'm a widowed grandmother living in Ahmedabad. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 4 places, and the living room is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $670, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the corrugated iron sheets and timber. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for anyone handy who can help over three weekday mornings.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is work boots and a hat. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
Thank you for reading my story.

rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. After 28 years in customer support I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of Ahmedabad
