The registrar has said Sarah can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Sarah has a 3.9 average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Sarah would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Sarah isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Boulogne-Billancourt State College bursar's office.
