Help Ritu with a HVAC technician's skills: a burst pipe behind the wall
Ritu has a burst pipe behind the wall, and can't afford a licensed HVAC technician to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In August an inspector told me that my home has a burst pipe behind the wall. It's a safety risk for me and my two small children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $195 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $45.
The job should take about three hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

best of luck, Ritu. This could happen to any of us.
Praying for you, Ritu. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. All the best.
Take care. Shared it with a few friends. My husband and I read this together. Take care

Shared this with my family. After 28 years in construction I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best.
So sorry you're going through this, Ritu. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I'll check back for the next update.
You're not alone, Ritu. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My husband and I read this together.

Wishing you peace. This could happen to any of us. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Blessings.
Praying for you. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Greetings from Winston-Salem.
