Help Renata with a HVAC technician's skills: faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning
Looking for a licensed HVAC technician in São Paulo to donate time or work at cost.

In August an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my three children. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $450 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $45.
The job should take about six hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

It takes guts to ask. Well done. My neighbor in Gliwice donated after I showed her your page. Thinking of São Paulo
You're not alone. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. Put this on a community board in Manila this morning. Thinking of São Paulo!
