Help Rani patch the roof before winter
Could you spare two Saturdays to help repair a leaking roof in London?

I'm a disabled veteran living in London. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 4 places, and the living room is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $3,150, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the shingles and underlay. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for anyone handy who can help over two Saturdays.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is sturdy shoes, gloves and a willingness to work. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

Sending good thoughts, Rani. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I have a 9 year old who wants to send good wishes too.
