Help Pravin patch the roof before the next storm
Pravin, a single mother of three, needs a few skilled and unskilled helpers for a 1-weekend roof repair in Cape Town.

I'm a single mother of three living in Cape Town. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 2 places, and the kitchen is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $1,200, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the tiles and battens. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for a small crew who can help over one long weekend.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is work boots and a hat. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
Glad we found this place.

Sending strength. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Greetings from San Diego.
Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. My father had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best!
Hope it all works out, Pravin. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Blessings.
