Help Pilar with a HVAC technician's skills: dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms
Looking for a licensed HVAC technician in San Francisco to donate time or work at cost.

In July an inspector told me that my home has dangerous exposed wiring in two rooms. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $2,600 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed HVAC technician who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $240.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a HVAC technician and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Sending good thoughts, Pilar. A secure home matters so much. Hope you're settled soon. God bless.
Best of luck. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My brother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care.
